Novarix Technologies ("Novarix", "we") provides software engineering and AI services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website or contact us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us through the project brief, contact form or newsletter: your name, work email, company, optional phone number and project details. Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
3. How we use information
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services you ask for, send articles you subscribed to, and improve this website.
4. Cookies and analytics
We don't currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in future, we'll ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit. It never leaves your device.
When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person, not a bot. When you choose to book a call, the Calendly scheduler loads and may set its own cookies, which are covered by Calendly's privacy policy.
5. Sharing and processors
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and reply to you: Vercel (hosting), Brevo (email delivery and the newsletter), Calendly (call scheduling) and Cloudflare (spam protection on forms). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we're working together. Newsletter subscribers are removed as soon as they unsubscribe, using the link in every email.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
